Caution in the DAX – This Zone is Critical!

Since mid-February, the Average True Range (ATR) has been steadily increasing, and new all-time highs have been sold off with strong momentum. Are further declines on the horizon?

The support zone, with a lower boundary around 22,100, plays a crucial role in the market’s next move. As long as the DAX holds above this level, the overall trend remains bullish. In this case, buyers could quickly regain control, pushing prices back toward 23,000 and beyond.

However, a sustained drop below 22,100 could increase selling pressure, potentially leading to a further decline of up to 1,000 points. In this scenario, the next major support zone around 21,200 would come into focus.
