Fraudulent websites posing to have a connection with JFD

posing as JFD's affiliates and/or counterparties
We want to notify you about Pfizer’s spin-off with a scheduled record date on Friday (13/11/2020) and effective date on Tuesday (17/11/2020). Its subsidiary Upjohn Inc. will then merge with Mylan NV to form the new legal entity Viatris Inc. The establishment of Viatris on 17/11/2020 will delist the shares of Mylan.
JFD does not offer the quoting and trading of Viatris’s shares. Hence, instead of allocating the applicable number of Viatris’s shares to all clients who will be holding open positions on Pfizer’s stocks at market close today (12/11/2020), we will transfer the monetary equivalent of the rights to receive shares to the live trading accounts of the respective clients according to the size of their open positions. The clients that hold open trades on the shares of Mylan NV will need to close them by 21:00 GMT on 16/11/2020. Otherwise, we will do it at the last available market price. Then the Mylan NV ticker will be delisted.
